how to order
Our bare root trees are normally available from November until late spring, although this can vary due to seasonal temperatures. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment due to high demand.
We welcome enquiries from customers both large and small.
Retail customers (ordering as an individual rather than a business) please ring 01434 633049, use our enquiry form or email sales@treesplease.co.uk to request a quotation or place an order.
Trade and volume customers can request a trade credit account. Please ring our sales team on 01434 633049 or email us at sales@treesplease.co.uk for a quotation or for a trade price list. Alternatively, fill in our enquiry form and we will respond to you within a working day.
ordering
An order is only considered accepted when TreesPlease Ltd issues a written Sales Order Acknowledgment to you. Published prices may change without prior notice. Prices shown are ex VAT which will be charged at the current rate.
The sizes and species which we can offer vary from season to season, so please call us if there is something you are looking for that isn’t shown on the tree lists.
delivery
Once the trees have been through the grading process and have been picked for delivery or collection our despatch personnel bag and pack the trees in to co-extruded bags (the number of trees in a bag is dependent on size and age and ranges from 50-150 for the majority of our species). Smaller orders of less than 6 or 700 trees are normally sent by overnight courier.
Larger orders may be despatched on a pallet and for anything over approximately 10,000 trees or orders with a lot of tree guards and stakes we have our own vehicles for certain postcodes or we may send orders via a haulier with may years experience of delivering to forest locations. Delivery charges are normally confirmed at the time of ordering.
collection
Orders may be collected in person from the nursery by appointment. We will contact you to confirm your order is ready. Once ready orders must be collected within one week, unless by prior arrangement.
We do welcome customers dropping in to have a chat and discuss their requirements but due to the nature of the bare root season, we aren’t able to sell trees ‘off the shelf’. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Retail Customers – Payment for your order can be taken by card when you place the order or by card or BACS prior to despatch.
Trade account customers – Payment can be made by BACS, card or cheque within 30 days of your invoice date.
